Refunds or credits are available to registered participants or organizations that have confirmed bookings with Master Your Finances.
Please notify us in writing via [email protected] with your request details, contact information, and supporting documentation when applicable.
Individual participants may request cancellation before the first session begins. Options include rescheduling or receiving a partial credit based on consumed resources.
Organizations may reschedule sessions with at least ten working days’ notice. Adjustments within shorter notice windows may incur facilitation charges.
Costs related to custom-developed materials, assessments, or travel may be deducted from any approved refund or credit.
In cases of emergencies or events beyond control, we will collaborate to reschedule sessions without penalty whenever feasible.
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days. We will confirm the method and timeline upon approval.
Participants may nominate a replacement learner before the program start date, subject to eligibility and pre-work completion.
No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds. We encourage communication ahead of scheduled sessions.
Downloaded or accessed digital toolkits are considered delivered and are not refundable. We provide support to ensure usability.
